My Favorite Simple and Delicious Overnight Chia Pudding Recipes
Overnight chia pudding is a quick and nutritious way to enjoy a satisfying breakfast or snack. These recipes are made with your choice of dairy or non-dairy yogurt or milk. Each recipe makes 2 servings.
Why chia seeds? Chia seeds are tiny powerhouses of nutrition, packed with protein, fiber, and omega-3 fatty acids. Just 3 tablespoons provide approximately 9 grams of fiber and 5 grams of protein, making them an excellent addition to your diet for sustained energy and digestion support. Sprinkle some hemp seeds on top, and add a scoop of protein powder to up the protein game.
Pro Tip 1: I often add a couple of tablespoons of organic rolled oats for more soluble fiber, which helps to lower cholesterol and support regularity.
Pro Tip 2: Use freshly ground chia seeds instead of whole for immediate consumption — no need to wait overnight. A link to my favorite grinder is in my Store.
